| · | However, from the 1.4 series of MM, only the HY-TEK 1.4Q versions will be able to open an MM 2.0 database. Versions prior to 1.4Q will not be able to open an MM 2.0 database.

| · | For example, if you send a Backup of MM 2.0 to someone using MM 1.4K, that person will not be able to restore that backup. The person receiving the backup must first open the HY-TEK web site, go to the Download Center at http://www.hy-tekltd.com/downloads.html and download and install the latest 1.4Q FREE update.

| · | When MM 2.0 opens a 1.4 database, it adds some new fields and thus can double the size of the database. To shrink the size of the database, use File / Repair and Compact Database and this will greatly reduce the size of the database.
