Evaluation Trial Copy
You can download a FREE Evaluation copy of Pro SWIMMER from the Palm OS web page at www.hy-tekltd.com/swim/palmsw. The Pro SWIMMER evaluation copy allows you to demo many of the software features and view information for up to three swimmers that have been exported from TM. You may use the evaluation copy FREE for up to 30 days.

Activate Production Copy
In order to activate your evaluation copy, click on Activate from the main menu of the Pro SWIMMER software to view your Activation License number. Then go to www.hy-tekltd.com/swim/palmsw and click on the Activate Pro SWIMMER section and fill out the Product Registration including the Activation License number and payment information and your Activation Key will be e-mailed back to you. After you have received your Activation Key from HY-TEK, click on Activate from the main menu of the Pro SWIMMER software and then enter this key to activate the production software.

Features of Pro SWIMMER
Pro SWIMMER is designed to be a portable platform for information about a team's swimmers providing both administrative and performance information. After you export information from TM and hot sync the information to Pro SWIMMER, you can view the following information right on your Palm OS hand held.

·Athlete information including each swimmer's name, age, sex, and birth date.  
·Contact information including mailing address, day and evening telephone numbers, and e-mail address.  
·Medical information that was entered in TM including emergency contact and recommended medications.  
·Each swimmer's Best Time in every stroke/distance they have swum. Please refer to the example provided below.  
·Meet Results for up to five meets as exported from TM. You can view these meet results for a specific swimmer or for a specific gender/stroke/distance.  
·Meet Entries for any meet viewed for a specific Event or for a specific Swimmer.  
·Record information as exported from TM for any record.  
·Hot Sync meet results using the Pro SWIMMER Timer back to TM.

Timer
You may also use Pro SWIMMER as a hand held Timer to enter meet results and splits at the meet. This is a great feature to have immediate results to discuss with a swimmer. You can manually enter results with or without splits and store those results for the Active Meet. The Active Meet is the one that was chosen to be exported in TM with Entries. This feature is provided for information only on the hand held and cannot be exported back to TM.
