In the DirectAthletics Meet List, find and highlight the DirectAthletics meet you wish to download. Click Import Entries on the DirectAthletics Menu Bar. Entries will be retrieved from DirectAthletics and imported into the current database.

If MM is not able to Import an entry into the Database, an Exception Report will be displayed. This Report will indicate which entries were NOT Imported and why. For example, if a there are athletes entered in the High Jump and there is no High Jump Event in the Database, that entry information will be included in the Exception Report with the seed mark.

If there are exceptions because events were missing or incorrect, take the following steps:
·Purge the teams, athletes, entries, and relays from the database and re-import entries. To purge the data, click File / Purge / Remove Data Selectively from MM's Main Menu bar. Check the box for Teams. This will automatically check the boxes for Athletes, Entries and Relays. Click OK to confirm.
·Make the needed adjustments to your events using the Events Menu.

Note About Importing More Than Once:
·If you need to re-import your entries for any reason, it is highly recommended that you Purge your Teams/Athletes/Entries/Relays before re-importing. If possible, it is always best to import online entries into a database with no existing athletes or teams.
