•	Start TEAM MANAGER 5.0 and click on Check for Updates at the top of the main screen.

Or, if a Firewall is preventing the Check for Updates process from completing, you can order a Product Replacement CD from the HY-TEK Online Store. Or, go to the HY-TEK Download Center, click on Update next to TEAM MANAGER 5.0, and SAVE the TEAM MANAGER 5.0 Service Pack update file to your hard drive (to c:\Hy-Sport for example). Then start TM 5.0 and click on File / Install Update and follow the prompts.

•	This update allows Team Connect Customers to use TM 5.0 and TM 6.0 accessing the same database.

•	TheSupport for the USA Swimming 2011 Registration changes are provided in this release.

•	A problem has been corrected when using the Purge Athlete feature using the School Year filter.

•	NISCA Power Point calculations have been changed to not include both Prelims and Finals for the same meet and event.

•	A problem has been corrected related to entries for multi-course meets with Faster Than and Slower Than standards.

•	A problem has been corrected when importing entries and there is an exception with an event that contains both a number and letter, like Event 14C.

•	A problem with the Meet Entry Spreadsheet Report for Stroke Relays has been corrected.

•	When using Entries by Event, a clarification message is now displayed when filtering by "Athletes in a specific Session".

•	A problem with importing Best Times from another TM Database has been corrected.

•	This release corrects a problem when importing open water events and not selecting "Add New Teams/Athletes" and reporting times over 1 hour.

•	This release supports meet entry import from the Online USA Swimming Meet Entry System.

•	The release supports the NEW Online Meet Entry Fee Upload feature from The Active Network.

•	The age range filter on the Meet Pre-Enter Athlete screen now filters athletes based on their meet age rather than their system age.

•	For Entry by Event for Relays, the swimmer’s best relay legs are shown in the grid and are now not flagged as ever missing the cut since their best relay leg time does not relate to the best relay time in any way.

•	The printing of the 2010 USA-S Registration form is now formatted correctly for certain printers.

•	TM now makes sure new 2010 USA-S Registration fields have been added to the database.

•	The Records file is now checked to make sure that each record includes the course that was setup for that particular Record.

•	Both prelims and finals are now imported from MEET MANAGER for disability type events.

•	The Seasonal Spreadsheet Report now displays the Swimmer's preferred name if that format is selected.

•	A problem has been corrected related to adding relay results using the F5 key to advance the event.

•	TM now correctly imports and exports Relay entries for Masters between TM databases.

•	The Seasonal Spreadsheet Report now honors the swimmer's name format chosen in Setup.

•	An issue with importing information from Team Registration Online when the Customer has only one product has been corrected.

•	When importing a Roster file for an athlete, the Mother's last name was not being brought over correctly. This issue has been corrected.

•	The Attendance Report now properly formats the "I" to indicate InActive swimmers.

•	Top Times report for Relays the sort order has been corrected. In some instances, especially with odd distances, the relays were getting grouped incorrectly causing more than one group for some distances.

•	A problem with exporting then importing Legal Splits has been corrected in this release.

•	British 2009 Age Correction Factors for BAGCAT Points are corrected in this release. Also corrected are the BAGCAT distance categories which should have included both the 800 and 1500 meter freestyle.

•	Some users were having a connection problem with Web Delivery and this service pack update attempts to solve some of the connection problems.

•	A problem with the NCAA Relay conversion factor has been corrected in this Service Pack.

When ordering HY-TEK's TEAM MANAGER, you can now elect to have Web Delivery for receiving new software or for updating your license. What this means is that you will save a couple days or more shipping time for you to receive a CD. Upon ordering Web Delivery, you would receive an Email from HY-TEK with detailed instructions.

•	A problem with the Meet Entries Spreadsheet Report and the "Include Pre-entered with No Entries" check box is chosen has been corrected.

•	The Results by Event screen shows IM when it should show Medley Relay - this issue has been corrected.

•	The 2008 USA High School conversion factor for the 400/500 has been corrected.

•	The Split Sheet Report includes a correction for the case where there is only one relay.

•	A problem in the Workout Manager module when adding a new line and then using the Calculate Interval button has been corrected.

•	A problem with exporting USA Swimming registration information when the required Seasonal field was not included in the registration online layout has been corrected.

•	The new USA Swimming 2009-2012 Age Group Motivational Time Standards are now available.

•	A problem using Entries by Event for relays has been corrected with max entries and Best Relays.

•	The Meet Results Report sorted by Event now includes the reaction times if requested.

•	A problem with Team Registration Online with a single quote in the first name has been corrected.

•	An issue with Team Connect Online and a non-USA internal date has been corrected.

•	For a multi-course meet with no sessions, the Max Entries feature did not operate properly - this issue has been corrected.

•	TM now includes the middle initial on the Team Registration Online name matching if the existing swimmer already has a middle initial.

•	NEW FEATURE: The Points System Report now includes a new option to total HY-TEK Points based on age-at-meet.

•	A problem has been corrected with importing registration data from Team Registration Online for data items that were previously deleted.

•	An enhancement has been added to Team Registration Online to handle situations involving Online products that are not included in the TM database.

•	The Team Registration Online Report has been adjusted to include all athletes if you are importing multiple products.

•	An issue with the Meet Entry Spreadsheet Report for Diving Events has been corrected.

•	The 1 and 2 mile Open Water swims now show properly on all Browsers and Reports.

•	The Dual Meet Entry Report now shows the heats/lanes for TM seeded individual events.

•	NEW FEATURE: TEAM MANAGER now imports the USA Registration fields from Active's Team SIGNUP Online.

•	A problem has been corrected in the Top Times report to not use a DQ when calculating improvement.

•	If the High Point Report was run using various filters such as Since Date, gender, etc, if there were no records that satisfied the query, TM would show an error. This problem has been corrected.

•	A problem with the Meet Entry Report using the Australian course conversion factors has been corrected.

•	The Meet Entry Fee Report did not properly handle a Relay Only Swimmer - this problem has been corrected.

•	NEW FEATURE: This release now imports both the Group and Subgroup fields using TEAM MANAGER Online from the Active Network.

•	For the Relay time calculation for multi-course meets, if a swimmer does not have best time for the primary course, TEAM MANAGER now displays an appropriate message.

•	NEW FEATURE: TEAM MANAGER now allows the enter and tab keys when entering information into the medical condition and medication fields for an athlete.

•	This update includes the "part of the active NETWORK" logo reflecting the acquisition of HY-TEK by The Active Network.

•	Relay time calculation for multi-course meets is limited to the primary course of the meet.

•	Max entries for sessions have been fixed when the relay or individual max entries are zero but the combined is not. This affected the For Best for getting best relays and the "exceeding max" messages.

•	Entry labels for relays by event are now sorted by event then time instead of event then name.

•	The seeding of events gave an error when there were even lanes and there were an specific odd number of swimmers to seed. This problem has been corrected.

•	The calculate relay entry time for the 4 swimmers has been corrected for multi-cut meets when the first course did not meet the cut.

•	The Results by Event would assign the input result to the incorrect event if you entered the results and did not hit the tab or enter key to finalize the input before changing events. This issue has been corrected in this update.

•	The Results by Name would assign the input result to the incorrect athlete if you entered the results and did not hit the tab or enter key to finalize the input before changing athletes. This issue has been corrected in this update.

•	The Entries by Event would assign the input result to the incorrect event if you entered the custom time and did not hit the tab or enter key to finalize the input before changing events. This issue has been corrected in this update.

•	The Entries by Name would assign the input result to the incorrect athlete if you entered the custom time and did not hit the tab or enter key to finalize the input before changing athletes. This issue has been corrected in this update.

•	A problem with the Meets Attended report with a Since Date filter and the "Include Splashes" feature has been corrected in this release.

•	When a new database is created with TM 5.0, the field used to sort by the new Best Time feature in the entry by event screen gets set up incorrectly. This problem has been corrected in this update.

•	A problem has been corrected for the Entry Fee Report when the fee for Relays was null.

•	When recording attendance with A, E, S, or N for a given workout session, if there has been a workout distance already recorded for that session, the workout distance is changed to zero.

•	This update includes a correction to the WM attendance percentages by month. The number of workouts attended for athletes not assigned to a WM subgroup was incorrect.

•	A problem with the Generic Data and CSV exports in terms of the Address 2 information has been corrected in this update.

•	NEW FEATURE: An additional option has been added to the Import/Meet Results menu so that you can choose a Swimmer Registration ID match with or without a Team match.

•	When adding a single character code for a new work category, you no longer have to press the delete key first to add the new code.

•	A problem with a meet set up specifying LC Meter conversions for entries has been corrected in this update.

•	The Registration Report now sorts by Name after sorting by Type (New, Renewal, ...).

•	A problem with the course default for the TMO feature in the previous update has been corrected.

•	The Workout Manager reports now set the report paper size to the default printer paper size.

•	TMO Team Results will now default to the course you selected as your Favorite.

•	The default Course Conversion was incorrectly set to the UK Conversion factors. TM 5.0 now defaults to the Age Group Conversion factors. If you did choose the UK conversion factors, then after installing this update, you will have to go to Setup and choose the UK conversion factors again.

•	Some Customers were getting a message about the TM.Net software not being installed. This issue has been corrected.

•	The Record Match Report header has been changed to reflect the proper information.

•	The Calculate Custom Time for Relay entries now honors the check box to Enforce Entry Qualification Times.

•	This update corrects a problem in the Results by Event screen when you using the alphabetic letters to navigate.

•	For Session Max Entries, the combined count was off by one - this has been corrected.

•	The age filter options for the Meet Entry and Meet Entry SS reports now operate correctly.

•	The tab order for the Athlete screen has been changed to match the order of the fields on the screen.

•	A problem with the Number of Meets Attended report with the option to include Athletes with No Meets has been corrected.

•	The Top Times Report sorted by Name for one meet now supports the delta option for Time Standards.

•	An issue with the Meet Entry Report sorted by Event with custom times has been corrected.

•	NEW FEATURE: A new Enable/Disable Network Login feature has been added to the File menu for the TM Pro version.

•	A problem has been corrected when Max Entries for Relays is set to 0 for a particular session.

•	A problem with Multi-Course Qualifying in the Entries by Name screen has been corrected.

•	A problem with Entering Relay Results for a Masters Yard meet has been corrected.

•	Relay events are not eligible for automatic seeding - a message is now displayed if a relay event is selected.

In the Workout part of TM, if you edited an interval and made it more than 10 minutes, the interval was stored incorrectly. In addition, if you edited a workout and changed the rest period to more than 59 seconds, only the seconds portions was stored. Both of these problems have been corrected in this update.

•	The Export Results in HTML format from the Athlete/Results browser now operates properly.

•	On Entries by Event for Relays, the right mouse click on any column except the entered column will pop up the option for a Relay Only Swimmer.

•	The Find Best Relay and Best Relay Report now does not select any swimmers who already are at the max for entries.
