TEAM MANAGER is designed for managing and tracking administrative and performance information for your club, school, or swim team. 

TEAM MANAGER makes entering a meet easy! Just specify a meet entry qualification time (if any) and TM will list all eligible swimmers and events right on the screen indicated with their best times.  You can even filter that list from a previously defined "Pre-Entered" list of swimmers so that only swimmers that have declared that they will be able to attend the meet will be on the list!   Just click on the events to be swum by each swimmer! It's easy, fast, and accurate.  TM will also pick your Best Relay by evaluating eligible swimmers' times and actually putting together the relay for you - with one mouse click!

Meet results can be entered quickly without ever having to enter the swimmer's name. Just select the event and TEAM MANAGER will display all eligible swimmers for that event. Pick one using your mouse or keyboard and enter his/her swim time (optionally enter splits, stroke rate, place and points). Or select a swimmer's name from an alphabetical list and TM will display all of his/her eligible events from which to choose.

TEAM MANAGER offers literally hundreds of reports including Best Times, Split Sheets to take to the meet, Meet Eligibility, Meet Results, Mailing Labels, Entry Cards/Labels, Award/Improvement Labels, 3D Graphs, Rosters, Registration, High Point, Predict Results, Records and Time Standards, Meet Entries, and Meet Entry Fees Report. TM  exports information to Excel, Word, HTML for the Web, character delimited files, and as well as to other file formats and even exports Athlete names and their e-mail addresses directly to Outlook Express.

TEAM MANAGER supports our Data Interchange Format to import/export information to/from MEET MANAGER, Sports BUSINESS MANAGER, Personal SWIM MANAGER Reloaded, Pro SWIMMER for Palm OS, and TEAM MANAGER Online for the web.  So with any of our products, you only enter information ONCE.

WORKOUT MANAGER Option
WORKOUT MANAGER is an integral part of TEAM MANAGER.

Workout functions are included in the TM menus and have access to the TM Database of swimmers, groups, best times, etc. Note that without the purchase of one or more of the WORKOUT MANAGER options below, WORKOUT MANAGER is included in TM as a demo only.

WORKOUT MANAGER Basic Option for Swimming is designed to develop and analyze daily workouts and to record attendance and actual yardage.  Created with the busy coach in mind,  WORKOUT MANAGER is intuitive and time saving with its easy to use screen menus.  Create separate workouts for each lane in half the time it took to write them down, and at the same time get a running time line and instant statistics on type of work, stroke breakdown, and stress level.

Assign a particular workout to a swimmer group and that groups attendance and yardage statistics are instantly updated.  There are a wide variety or reports available over any period of time such as log books, weekly yardage, attendance percentages, energy system percentages, stress level totals, and more.

The Dos WM Database can automatically be converted to the new Windows format.

Requires the WM Basic option. Record Test Sets. Predict training paces using the T-30 test.  Create 6 custom pace charts for each swimmer (known as Pink, Red, and Blue Charts).  The modified T-30 facilitates charts for other strokes easily.  Other pacing reports available are percent of effort tables based on best times, race pace charts, and 4 millimole pace predictions.  Record any test set you desire along with heart rate and a short comment.  For some test sets, meet time predictions are provided.

Requires the WM Basic option. Allows you to download up to 10 workouts (one per lane) from WORKOUT MANAGER to either the Colorado Time Systems 4 or 5 timing console or the Daktronics Omnisport 6000 or 2000 timing console for display on your scoreboard. Note that the you must have the CTS or Daktronics Pace Clock feature installed in your timer in order for the Pace Clock option to operate.

The Pro option for TEAM MANAGER is designed for a swim team office that uses multiple computers connected to a Network - for example a standard Windows peer-to-peer network. Just install TM Pro on each computer and share one common club database located on any one of the computers. Up to 9 coaches/volunteers can sign on to the TM shared Database at one time and work on their particular group of athletes or their particular meet entries or reports.

TEAM MANAGER offers an exciting feature for your Palm Pilot or compatible System. TEAM MANAGER requires a Pentium, Celeron, or AMD computer of at least 500 MHz (preferably a 1 GHz or faster) with at least 1 GB of RAM (preferably 2 GB of RAM or more) and either Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP/XP Pro, or Vista.
