Then start MM 2.0 and click on File / Install Update and follow the prompts.

| · | When ordering HY-TEK's MEET MANAGER, you can now elect to have Web Delivery for receiving new software or for updating your license. What this means is that you will save a couple days shipping time for you to receive a CD. Upon ordering Web Delivery, you would receive an Email from HY-TEK with detailed instructions.

| · | When sending team scores to a Daktronics Scoreboard using the Ctrl-F1 feature, if the event in the request is a CC event, the team scores for that event has been corrected to properly display the CC team scores rather than the normal teams scores for a track meet.

| · | There are updated Combined Event Tables in the NCAA Indoor Pentathlon for the men's 55 dash, the men's 55 hurdles, and the women's 55 hurdles. According to NCAA specifications, the updated tables convert the 55 meter time to a 60 time and then use the 60 meter tables to figure out the points.

| · | There is a correction to reading in a Lynx file within the CC/RR module when the Lynx file only has times with no competitor numbers. If the order of finish was already entered in the CC/RR module, these ranks were incorrectly erased.

| · | For Masters/Veterans meets, results showed the gender and age for athletes as MM35 instead of just M35 and this is corrected.

| · | In the Randomization Rules, there was a need rule E added in October 2007 in MM to conform with the new IAAF lane placement rule for the 100 to 800 for in lane races with more than one round. To conform to the new rule exactly, this randomization method has been fixed slightly within MM when 6, 9, or 10 lanes are used.

| · | This update shows the "part of Active Network" logo in the license information at the bottom left of the main screen reflecting the acquisition of HY-TEK by The Active Network on July 2, 2008. The large MEET MANAGER 2.0 title has been removed from the main screen for better viewing of the picture image that you may have imported.

| · | In the Competitor Numbering Menu, you can now have genders numbered separately within a team instead of just alphabetically without regard to gender.

| · | When importing entries and update with improved times only is selected, the import was not updating existing entries with no time and this is corrected.

| · | If an event is set not to score and then Score Event is clicked in the Run, a more clear message is displayed as to what options one has to proceed.

| · | If an event is set not to score and F12 is pressed to send real time results to the web, the event would get scored if the results to the web were set to include team scores. This has been corrected to send the results to the web without inadvertently scoring an event that was not supposed to be scored.

| · | When updating records in the Records Menu that are set to be for only one team, relay records were getting updated by any team faster than the record and this is corrected to only look for the record breaking team that matches the single team specified for these records.

| · | If there are several team abbreviations with the exact same team name, the entries list report did not properly show the sub-total for the number of entries and the amount of the entry fee and this is corrected for this special case.

| · | The entries for Combined Event Sub-Events with entry marks can now be displayed by event using the Performance List report. These sub-event entries can also now be included in the Entry List report.

| · | The Entry List report can now display up to 24 events for each athlete whereas the previous limit was 16. This was increased in order to accommodate the addition of the Combined Event Sub-Events.

| · | When exporting entries in a meet that is setup as Divisions by Event, you can now export one division only if desired.

| · | If a new team was added to the Teams Menu, the new teams were not added to the Athlete Menu's team filter combo box until you exited and restarted MM. This is now corrected.

| · | To comply with new IAAF rules for Field Event Score Sheets on horizontal events, a new column has been added between the columns for recording the fifth and sixth attempts to record the ranking order after the fifth attempt. The new rules require the field officials to alter the competing order for the sixth attempt in the reverse ranking order recorded after the fifth throw or jump.
